The Pope, the Queen and Your Child

The pressure to soften, change, augment, modernize, or adapt to the homosexual issue is immense.

I believe that is why we have seen surprising, revolutionary changes from two global figures in the last month.

Pope Francis, when commenting on reports of a “gay” lobby within the Vatican said:

“If someone is gay, who searches for the Lord and has goodwill, who am I to judge?”

The Catholic Church has maintained such a strong voice for life when other voices have faltered. That is why the pope's recent change of position saddened me so.

While I sat back with the rest of the world and watched these historic adjustments, I also watched two families I know personally discover their own children are caught up in homosexual relationships. And so the issue is not just global, but personal.

Has your family discussed these new announcements which were heralded as "progress" by many?

Are your children able to recognize the slippery lies made within the statements?

As more and more role models are shaken before our kids' eyes, they will need our help lest they shake too!
